   Add new tel. no. under your existing IDD1609 account

   Terminate existing tel. no. for IDD1609 service

   Cancel bank direct debit autopay or credit card autopay

   Change your personal information (e.g. address, email)

   Change statement/invoice delivery method (by email or by post)

   Change invoice language preference (English or Chinese)
