Registration for IDD1609 service normally takes 1 to 2 working days. You will be informed by email or telephone when your registration is successful. If you do not receive confirmation from us after 3 working days, please contact us.

If you wish to register for bank direct debit (autopay) to settle your IDD1609 invoice monthly, please fill in the "Direct Debit Authorization Form" and return the original of the form to your bank (Please remember to fill in your IDD1609 a/c no. in the Debtor Reference Code in the form). Registration for bank direct debit will take around 6 to 8 weeks. Please settle your account by other payment methods before registration process is completed.
